Your projects

  • You lead and coach the sales team in a professional and disciplinary function and are responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members
  • Using CRM data, you control and forecast sales activities
  • With your expertise, you will actively participate in customer acquisition and the development of customer partnerships: You increase the efficiency of your team with new trends and best practice examples
  • You develop scalable sales processes to prepare your team and Ryte for further growth
  • You will work closely with the Business Development, CRM, Product and Engineering and Marketing teams on company-wide projects, reporting to the Steering Committee
  • With your hands-on mentality you are testing and leading new prospecting approaches and stories to verify its efficiency to better coach the team

What we expect from you

  • You bring a passion for sales and a very strong hands-on mentality
  • You have extensive experience (at least five years) in B2B software sales with a focus on SaaS sales
  • You are currently in a management position, e.g. as team leader, department manager or sales trainer
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English and work with clients from experts to C-level
  • You have a passion for agile organizational structures with a strong product focus: great companies are built on great products!
  • Your analytical skills, passion for numbers and entrepreneurial thinking distinguish you
  • You already have expertise in using CRM tools like Salesforce
