Your projects

  • Your exciting mission: We are on a very exciting growth journey and want you to be at the forefront of building our organization and our scale-up-phase
  • You´ll build and form a powerful and motivatedTalent acquisition team
  • As a role model you are responsible yourself for the defined positions and the whole candidate journey: from profiling with the hiring managers, conducting interviews, to contract offers
  • Same for developing sourcing strategies and decisions for recruiting channels (active sourcing, social recruiting, job postings etc.)
  • You are responsible for the quality of incoming applications and the screening process
  • You love to connect with people in phone interviews/ video calls and personal interviews
  • You are a self starter: candidate correspondence and the coordination of the recruiting processes belongs to your daily business
  • You like to be a part of other interesting, cross functional HR projects: e.g. employer branding projects like the organization of events and conferences

What we expect from you

  • A completed university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a professional education in a relevant subject such as human resources management, economics and business administration or similar qualifications
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in recruiting/ talent acquisition in a similar role
  • In your leadership role you are hands-on according to your role model function but as well act as a first class servant leader (micro management is a no-go for us) in order to inspire and motivate your team
  • You always have an eye towards the big picture and think entrepreneurial (not egoistic)
  • You know how to set up structures and processes to improve long-term, but as well can act as a problem-solver in the short-term
  • You are curious and open towards recruiting trends of the modern work environment
  • You love to work with people with a high level of empathy, a positive mindset and an outstanding service orientation
  • You have a sparkling and fluent talent in communication in german(Must!) and english
  • You are looking for a job in which you can work independently and immerse yourself in ongoing, new challenges in an agile organizational environment
