Your projects

  • You will optimize our customer data and prepare this for our colleagues from Sales and Acquisitions with the help of our CRM system
  • Together with Sabrina, you will keep the running Business Development system up to date
  • You will concept and implement usability labs to help optimize UI designs, work flows and understand the voice of the customers
  • You will contribute to the further development and networking of our tracking system to further optimize the processes of lead quality improvement — because we are never satisfied with just 100% ;-)
  • Lead management and projects for conversion optimization are included in this, as well as the drawing-up and implementation of campaigns with an eye toward positive ROI

What we expect from you

  • A completed university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant subject such as marketing, sales, CRM, business development, business administration, VWL, business informatics, mathematics, or controlling
  • Your sparkling analytical talent and your ability with numbers has always stood out
  • You are looking for a job in which you can work independently and immerse yourself in ongoing, new challenges
  • Initial experiences with CRM systems can be very useful
  • You bring a very good knowledge of German and English
