Your projects

  • Leading, coaching and further development of our Customer Success-Chapter in an agile manner: You forster and challenge your team members due to their talents and challenges
  • You refine best practice and processes, that  enable our clients and fit to users' needs
  • You implement new strategies and structures  with a view to our national and international growth
  • In Detail, our Customer Success Chapter includes functions of service, support, key account management, consulting and onboarding-sessions for our clients. The goal: to enable and spark our fanbase
  • You are responsible for client contract management as well as NDAs to ensure compliance topics

What we expect from you

  • At least 5 years experience in account management, client service,  customer care topics or consulting
  • Ideally: solid SEO Know-How or experience in website technology (e.g. gained by a information technolgy-related backround)
  • You are a leading person with a great and humble personality, that loves to inspire people and lead them to success to empower Ryte as well as personal career paths
  • Knowledge of tools, methods and best practices, that enable our users to be outstanding successful with Ryte
  • Passion for agile tech-companies, that empower digitalisation with great products
  • Excellent communicative competence in English (German would be a plus) and a good sense of humor
