Your projects

  • As the first point of contact, you will advise our customers on the phone and via email about our software and take care of their learning curve
  • You will communicate our accumulated SEO know-how to our customers, supervise presentations (by phone, in webinars, or in person), and together with our team pursue the Ryte mission of making the web a better place
  • You will be a problem-solver for our customers and enhance an amazing customer journey
  • At our Expert Events, you will work actively for the certification of our customers and will represent the Ryte campus with all your know-how in the matter of SEO

What we expect from you

  • Related course of studies (e.g. information systems, marketing, business analytics, information technology, computer science, business administration, ...)
  • 2+ years experience in key account management or sales (saas preferred)
  • Service-oriented thinking and behavior that turns customers into friends
  • High interest in software tools, that handle huge amounts of data  and true passion for your (future) field of expertise
  • A sympathetic and secure demeanor with every communication partner
  • Passion for problem solving and explaining complex topics
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of German and English
