Your projects

You love HR and especially talent acquisition and development processes. You are known for your diligence, patience. You are detail-focused as well as result-oriented and have already worked some years in various organizations. You want to be part of a company success story steered and executed by HR. We look for you if you think HR differently, a real focus on the people and at the same time help the organization to grow and reach their goals.

Your projects:

  • From the right job posting and initial contact to onboarding and reporting recruiting KPIs, you'll be responsible for the entire recruiting process in consultation with the Head of People
  • You know where to find top talent, identify them through a variety of target group specific channels and actively approach them, including the analysis of existing personnel
  • Further development and execution of the company development program including own coaching and training when it comes to policies, structures, processes etc.
  • As the first point of contact, you will provide support and advice to employees and managers within the departments you are responsible for in the context of all HR-related topics
  • (e.g. personnel planning, building strategic competencies, personnel development, performance reviews, conflict situations or labor law issues)
  • You work on various projects that help us grow and scale - for example, through employer branding, process optimization or projects to increase employee training and satisfaction

What we expect from you

  • You have a bachelor's degree in psychology, business psychology, business administration with an HR focus or similar professional experience 
  • Your experience in university marketing is a strong plus
  • You already have 5 years of HR experience, at least one year of which as an HR Business Partner
  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
  • You have a proactive, positive mindset, empathy, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset
  • You are curious and open to trends in the modern working world and have an eye for detail
  • A very good way of expressing yourself and communication skills, both in German and English, round off your profile
